These terms apply to bookings for experiences provided by The Wilder Hours Experiences Ltd.

Ride & Restore

Ride & Restore is currently priced at £199 per guest for the full length ride and £150 for the shorter length ride with full payment required at the time of booking.

Sessions are subject to availability and should normally be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Ride & Restore operates in small groups with a maximum of four guests per session.

Cancellations and changes

Our standard cancellation policy is:

More than 7 days before your experience:

 You may request a transfer to another available date or a refund.

Between 48 hours and 7 days before your experience:

 You may request one transfer to another available date. No cash refund is available.

Less than 48 hours before your experience:

 Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-show:

 No refund or transfer will be available.

Please contact denisa@thewilderhours.uk as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.

Weather, horses and operational changes

Experiences involving horses and outdoor activities are affected by factors including weather, ground conditions, horse welfare and safety.

For these reasons, routes, pace, timings, horse allocation or elements of an experience may need to change.

If The Wilder Hours needs to cancel an experience, we will contact affected guests regarding the options available to them.

Participant requirements

Every rider must complete the required Rider & Wellness Declaration before participating.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their participation and following reasonable safety instructions given by the experience operators.

Wellness activities

Sauna and cold-water participation is optional and subject to suitability and safety considerations.

If you have concerns about whether these activities are appropriate for you, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.
